How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Germany and Austria is completely free!

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time for Germany is 1-3 working days.

The delivery time for Austria is 2-5 working days.

Each of our products is carefully
packaged and shipped insured, so that it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Which company does shipping?

We ship with DHL.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, each of our shipments is 100% insured.

Where does it ship to?

We currently only ship to Germany and Austria.

More countries will be available soon.

How can I track my order?

We will send you your tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

You will normally receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right, at any time after receiving the order, to accept or decline the order or any portion thereof in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address from your work address to your home address, as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will hold the package.

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all your data is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I return my items?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.

The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
